ABOUT PCS - Solutions architected with vision and experience

WHO ARE PCS?

Mission Statement

To be the number one trusted and acknowledged professional services organization that is “Revered by its customers, partners and competitors”.

An overview of “who we are”, “what we do”, “our values and aspirations”

Established in 1983, Parish Crest has focused on building a reputation for enterprise technologies service delivery and a solid understanding of business expectations, governance, standards and systems.   Combining formal partnerships with leading business services organizations and software suppliers, PCS has assembled a mature client focused organization that supports and compliments its clients as a true partner.  PCS delivers consistently at the highest quality standards.

Established by Laurie Paris and Martin Power the pair complemented one another’s skills with Laurie holding degrees in Information Technology, Commerce and Accounting and Martin in Industrial Design, Information Technology and Business Administration.

Today Parish Crest builds on these foundations with Certified Oracle, Microsoft and Hitachi practitioners, Prince Two and Pimbok project managers complemented by Commerce and Accounting professionals.  It is this blending of technical and business disciplines coupled with structured process delivery that forms the foundation of our ability to assist organization’s in realizing the full potential of their ICT investments.

Parish Crest, its staff and our partners resolve and remove the problems that lie between an organization’s realization of the value derived from Information Technology investments and the projects that deliver these services today.  We provide agreed levels of support, service measurements and escalation protocols in every engagement we undertake.  These ensure we are accountable for the delivery of our contracted obligations.  These may be hard words but when you pay for an outcome you are entitled to receive it.

Who do we partner with and why?

First and foremost we partner with our clients.  These partnerships ensure a shared understanding of our combined capability is maintained and knowledge transfer continues across the term of our partnership.  Our staff work to deliver services that extend on our client’s capabilities and ensure the comprehensive support for their business outcomes.  Theses serves may comprise the full technical skill sets required to install and commission new infrastructure, migrate from old to new systems or the supplemental skills required to adequately resource a project.  In all cases the structured process delivery is available.  We can install our processes and disciplines, work with our client’s or blend the two to ensure gaps are filled and risks are mitigated.  This approach extends to our formal partnerships with a constant view on managing risk and delivering services using proven practices and disciplines.  Parish Crest has formal partnerships with,

  • Oracle Corporation,

  • HPE,

  • Hitachi Vantara,

  • HGST,

Beyond these formal relationships we have partnered with Wise Technology, IPP and Storage Solutions in recent project engagements, working openly in the spirit of collaboration needed to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the water utility’s, emergency services, logistics, pharmaceutical and education sectors.

We partner with these and other organizations to ensure the right skills are assembled to deliver to our client’s expectations.   We acknowledge we cannot be everything to everybody.  Rather we focus on maintaining detailed skills in our service areas and rely on trusted partners to assemble the remaining skills and services required for complex project deliveries.
